Christine Changho Bruneau

Christine Changho Bruneau is a versatile trial litigator with over 28 years of wide-ranging experience. She focuses primarily on complex civil defense litigation on behalf of corporate clients, but also handles successions/probate and corporate dissolution matters. Chrissy has managed demanding dockets of multi-party cases throughout Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi. She has been involved in over 100 judge and jury trials in civil and criminal courts, and argued successfully before the Louisiana Supreme Court.

Among her many professional and community activities, Chrissy founded the Louisiana Asian Pacific American Bar Association, of which she was President until 2023. She was a founding member of the National Filipino Lawyers Association and served as its original Southwest Regional Governor from 2013-2016.

Chrissy is a frequent speaker and panelist at Tulane, LSU, Loyola, and Southern University Law Schools. She has also presented to the Louisiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Louisiana, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and Northshore Region Human Resources Association.
