Troy Bell is an experienced trial attorney who has managed high-stakes litigation for clients for more than thirty years, finding creative efficient solutions that allow his clients to achieve maximum benefit and success. Mr. Bell focuses on civil defense litigation, including mass tort, toxic tort, environmental, products liability, personal injury, insurance, construction, employment, and other matters. Troy has successfully taken numerous cases to verdict.
Mr. Bell has served on national and regional trial teams for Fortune 500 companies, and has also represented governmental entities, equipment manufacturers, product manufacturers, suppliers, premise defendants, small businesses, and executive officers throughout Louisiana and in Mississippi.
New Orleans Magazine has recognized Mr. Bell as a best lawyer in the areas of Mass Tort/Class Action Litigation and Environmental Litigation.
Mr. Bell has served as an Administrative Law Judge for the City of New Orleans, and was appointed as a Hearing Officer for the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (BESE). He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Revius Ortique, Jr., Associate Justice, and the Honorable Felicia Toney Williams, Associate Justice Pro Tempore, of the Louisiana Supreme Court.
He frequently speaks to students in schools throughout the New Orleans metropolitan area, and has served as basketball coach and mentor.
