Radhi Shah focuses on commercial, employment, and IP litigation, as well as IP prosecution.
Radhi developed her legal acumen at international law firms in India and the United States, often representing clients on the legal aspects of matters involving computer technologies and the healthcare sector. She has worked with a wide range of technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence and machine learning, embedded systems, biotechnology, life sciences, and medical devices. As an Indian Patent Attorney, Ms. Shah has worked closely with a diverse range of international clients, helping forge connections between U.S. and foreign entities. She enjoys getting “under the hood” to gain a deep understanding of her clients’ inventions, enabling her to develop comprehensive patent strategies tailored to their business objectives.
